Terms of Sale

These terms govern every purchase from Graphite Peptides LLC, a Nevada limited-liability company ("Graphite," "we," "us"). By placing an order you agree to them.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 21 years old and legally able to purchase and receive the products in your jurisdiction. You are responsible for knowing the laws that apply where you live.

2. Products and testing

Every batch is tested by an independent laboratory and the certificate of analysis is published on our Testing page under the lot number printed on the product. The certificate reflects the batch as tested; storage and handling after delivery are your responsibility.

3. Orders and pricing

Prices are in U.S. dollars and may change without notice; the price at checkout is the price you pay. We may cancel or limit any order, including for suspected fraud, resale, or a pricing error, and will refund any amount charged for a cancelled order.

4. Payment

Payment is due at checkout through the methods offered on the site. Chargebacks filed without first contacting us may result in refusal of future orders.

5. Shipping and risk of loss

Shipping terms are in our Shipping & Refunds policy. Title and risk of loss pass to you when the carrier accepts the package.

6. Returns

Because of the nature of the products, opened items cannot be returned. Damaged, incorrect, or lost shipments are handled under the Shipping & Refunds policy.

7. Disclaimer of warranties

Except as expressly stated in the published certificate of analysis for a batch, products are provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. Statements on this site have not been evaluated by the Food and Drug Administration. See the Product Disclaimer.

8. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Graphite's total liability for any claim arising from an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

9. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify Graphite against claims arising from your misuse of the products or your violation of these terms or applicable law.

10. Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Nevada. Any dispute will be resolved by binding arbitration in Clark County, Nevada, on an individual basis; class actions are waived. Either party may bring claims in small-claims court.

11. Changes

We may update these terms; the version posted at the time of your order applies to that order.
